Deposit Payment:
Requirement: A deposit is necessary to secure your booking, with the exact amount provided by your travel consultant.
Confirmation: After the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email, sending electronic contracts and proforma invoices to detail your tour or service.
Balance Payment:
Due Date: The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, we will issue a reminder. Failure to make timely payments may lead to cancellation of your booking.
Full Payment Requirements:
Immediate Payment: Certain bookings, such as tickets or hotels, may require full payment at the time of reservation, which we will communicate to you.
Bookings Made Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: Full payment is required at the time of booking if the reservation is made within 15 days of the departure date.

Payment in Chinese Renminbi (RMB): For clients from certain countries, paying in RMB can be advantageous; please ask your consultant for details.

Custom Tour Requests: If our standard options don't meet your needs, complete the custom tour plan form detailing your preferences, and we will design a tailored itinerary.
Receive a Tour Package Proposal:Your personal travel consultant will prepare a detailed tour plan based on your inquiry, including hotel options, activities, and dining suggestions, along with a price quote.
Review and Modify Your Tour:You can discuss modifications or additional details with your consultant to refine the plan to your satisfaction.
Confirm Your Booking:Pay the deposit as specified, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 10 days of departure, full payment is required.
Final Payment and Enjoy Your Tour:Ensure the remaining balance is settled within the agreed timeline, and look forward to your customized travel experience!
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation and refund policy clear and fair:
Full Refund: If you cancel more than 21 days before departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellation 15 to 21 Days Before Departure: 70% refund.
Cancellation 8 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of departure or no-shows will not be refunded.
No Refund After Trip Commencement: Once your trip begins, no refunds will be given for unused services.
Special Notes: For group tours (more than 8 people), cancellation terms may differ; please consult your travel advisor.
If you need to cancel or have questions about our refund policy, contact your travel advisor for assistance.
Requests for booking alterations must be submitted in writing and may incur fees. Changes are subject to availability and supplier policies.
Custom Itinerary Adjustments: We can adjust your itinerary at no extra charge if changes maintain the same standard and quality.
Additional Costs: Any changes that incur extra costs (e.g., higher ticket prices) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Major Itinerary Changes: Significant adjustments should be discussed with your travel advisor, as costs will vary based on specific changes.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications. We are not liable for issues arising from improper documentation.
All travelers must have passports valid for at least 6 months and any necessary visas prior to travel.
Your travel advisor can assist with obtaining required documents but is not responsible for issues stemming from invalid passports or visa complications.
Luggage allowances differ by airline, travel class, and route. It’s crucial to check your airline’s baggage policies, as exceeding limits may result in additional fees.
General Allowances: Typically, international flights allow free checked baggage, but weight and size limits vary.
Chinese Domestic Flights: The free baggage allowance is 20kg for economy, 30kg for business, and 40kg for first class.
Ensure all luggage is clearly marked with your contact information to prevent loss.

Travelers to Tibet must provide a doctor's certificate confirming good health due to altitude risks.
We reserve the right to refuse travel if you are deemed unfit to participate in any activity for your safety or others.
We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings loss. While our packages include basic accident insurance, it may not cover all situations.
Ensure your insurance is valid throughout your trip and covers any planned activities, especially high-altitude areas like Tibet.
Into Explore does not sell travel insurance and is not liable for any costs that insurance could have covered.
We act as an agent in booking travel arrangements and are not liable for any inaccuracies from third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited as per applicable laws.
We strive to provide a safe experience but cannot assume liability for injuries, losses, or delays caused by third-party actions.
You are responsible for meeting all health and documentation requirements necessary for travel.

If you encounter issues during your trip, please address them promptly with the local service provider or your travel advisor for immediate resolution. Failure to report problems right away may affect liability.
For unresolved issues, submit a formal complaint in writing within 30 days of your trip's end, including booking references and details.
We will address complaints promptly; however, we are not liable for issues outside our control.
