Recommended itinerary: Wander freely on Central Street, a commercial pedestrian street full of historical charm and exotic style, on both sides of the street includes 71 historical buildings of different styles such as Renaissance, Baroque, Eclecticism, Art Nouveau and Classicism, including 13 municipal listed buildings, known as the "Outdoor Architectural Art Museum". Not far from the central street is the Hagia Sophia, a Byzantine-style Orthodox church built in 1907, which is imposing and full of art. The stone carvings on the façade include classic phoenix motifs, detailed patterns and decorations, showing exquisite artistic craftsmanship. The frescoes and reliefs inside are more elaborate and detailed, depicting stories from the Bible, the history of Christianity, and images of saints.
