The Yungang Grottoes
Yungang Grottoes, located in Datong, Shanxi Province, is one of the four major grottoes in China, famous for its magnificent Buddhist sculptures. The sculptures here were built in the 5th century AD and showcase exquisite craftsmanship and rich religious culture. You can enjoy hundreds of Buddha statues and reliefs in various forms and lifelike sculptures during your visit, and feel the ancient artists' pursuit of faith and beauty. Low seasons (Nov. 1st to Mar. 31st): Full-price adult tickets: RMB 100/each.
