Transportation:

The most common way to reach Gulangyu Island is by ferry from Xiamen. Ferries depart regularly from various terminals in Xiamen, and the journey takes about 15-30 minutes. The standard ticket costs ￥35.

Travel Tips

1.  Do not be late! Ferry tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

2.  Ferry ticket includes a round trip. Depart from the dock listed on your ticket, and you can return from any dock within 20 days at any time.

3.  The best time to see the sea is around 15:30, when the water is the bluest and most beautiful!
