Potatso National Park, located in Shangri-La City, Yunnan Province, is the first national park in mainland China and a significant part of the "Three Parallel Rivers" World Natural Heritage site. Covering an area of approximately 1,313 square kilometers, the park ranges in altitude from 3,500 to 4,159 meters. It is renowned for its pristine natural landscapes and rich biodiversity.
