Yunshuiyao Ancient Town was originally named Changjiao Village, and was renamed after the film "Yunshuiyao" was filmed here. The ancient town is famous for its quaint earthen buildings, quiet streams and pastoral scenery, and is an important part of Fujian's earthen building culture.

Main attractions:

Hegui Tower: Located in Pushan Village, Yunshuiyao, it was built in the 10th year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1732) and is a square building with an inner corridor.

Huaiyuan Tower: Located in Kanxia Village, Yunshuiyao, it was built in the 31st year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1905) and is a round building with an inner corridor. The earth building faces north and south, with a total of four floors, 34 rooms on each floor, and all stairs are evenly distributed in the round building.

Deqing Tower: Located in Guanyang Village, Yunshuiyao, it was built in the Ming Dynasty. It consists of a two-story square earth building and a circle of arc-shaped earth buildings around it. It is locally called "Hexing Earth Building".

Cuimei Tower: Located in Pushan Village, Yunshuiyao, on the north side of Hegui Tower, it was built in the 11th year of the Republic of China (1922) and is a round building with an inner corridor. The earth building faces north and south, with a total of four floors, 34 rooms on each floor, and all stairs are evenly distributed in the round building.

Transportation Guide

Take the train to Nanjing Railway Station, and take the tourist bus outside the station directly. The bus departs every hour and takes about 1.5 hours.

Go to Nanjing Bus Station and transfer to the Tulou Special Line.
