First, you will visit the the Suzhou Humble Administrator's Garden, a UNESCO-listed classical Chinese garden since 1997, it was built in 1509 during the Ming Dynasty. Famous for its water-centric design, elegant pavilions, and seasonal flora (like summer lotuses), it exemplifies Jiangnan garden artistry. Divided into East, Central, and West sections, it’s a masterpiece of "borrowed scenery" techniques. Then we will go to Suzhou's Tiger Hill, which is a famous scenic spot with a long history of more than 2500 years. As Su Shi, a famous poet of the Song Dynasty (960-1279), said, "to visit Suzhou and not see Tiger Hill would lead to a lifetime of regret". The most prestigious attraction in Tiger Hill is the Yunyansi Pagoda, a seven-story pagoda that has stood for 1,000 years and has a leaning posture comparable to the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy. In the afternoon, you will embark on a journey to explore Pingjiang Road is a historic street along a 1,600-year-old canal in Suzhou. Stretching 1.6 km, it preserves Ming-Qing architecture with white walls, black tiles, and stone bridges. Today, it blends tradition with trendy cafés, teahouses, and craft shops. A must-visit for its old-world charm and vibrant local culture.
Afterwards, take a stroll to Shantang Ancient Street which is a famous historical and cultural street in China. It was once one of the most developed neighborhoods for commerce and culture in China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
