Beijing

Watch performances

  • Watching the Kung Fu and Acrobatics show is a thrilling visual feast. Wushu masters with their athletic postures, fists and legs show the profundity of Chinese martial arts; while acrobats challenge the limits of extraordinary skills, such as high-wire walking, jujitsu twisting and other jaw-dropping performances, so that people feel the infinite possibilities of human potential in amazement.
Beijing

Enjoy the food

  • Inside Quanjude's quaint elegant room, you will be immersed in a luxurious journey for your taste buds. Authentic Peking Duck is presented as the grand finale. The master slices the duck with his exquisite knife skills, the golden and crispy skin is paired with juicy duck meat, accompanied by pancakes, shredded green onions, and sweet noodle sauce, and each bite is a tribute to the traditional delicacy. This is not just a meal, but an unforgettable experience of traveling through the past and present and savoring the culture of Beijing.
Beijing

Experience the Rickshaw

  • Stepping into a rickshaw and leisurely traveling through Beijing's ancient hutongs is like traveling back in time. The steady pace of the rickshaw driver complements the tranquility of the hutongs, and the old brick and gray-tiled mansions on both sides tell the story of the millennium. The breeze brings a hint of the capital's flavor, and the occasional shouts of vendors in the hutongs in the distance make people deeply feel the unique living atmosphere and cultural heritage of this ancient capital.
Beijing

Visit the Forbidden City

  • The Forbidden City, also known as the Forbidden City, was the royal palace of China during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Forbidden City attracts countless Chinese and foreign tourists with its magnificent architectural complex, rich collection of cultural relics and deep cultural heritage, which is the essence of ancient Chinese palace architecture and an important part of the world cultural heritage.
Beijing

Climbing the Great Wall

  • The Great Wall, winding for thousands of miles and stretching across mountains and rivers, is an ancient Chinese military defense project and a treasure of the world's cultural heritage. It was built in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods, and has been built and expanded through various dynasties to form the majestic appearance we see today.

We had a very memorable experience in Xi’An thanks to the expertise and helpfulness from Norman, who helped us planned our trip, and Waldener, our local tour guide from Into Explore. Norman helped us with the itinerary and bookings of transport and accommodations so it was stress free for me. He asked us our preferences when making the rooms reservation to cater to what we like and recommended the best way and places to explore this city. Our tour guide was also flexible with our schedule so we were able to do what we wanted and working around the weather. We were supposed to go Mt Hua on the 2nd day of our tour but it was forecasted to rain. He switched our itinerary around so we could climb Mt Hua on the 3rd day instead when the rain had stopped. Thank you Into Explore for giving us peace of mind to sit back and enjoy our vacation.

Independent travel by train in China…
Independent travel by train in China can be daunting ordeal. We decided to use Intoexplore for booking the trip and are very happy we did. It almost felt like Norman was a family member guiding us through how to use Alipay for payments in China to where to find the ticket office in the train station to convert digital tickets to paper. He was always available (sometimes at 6 am!) to answer any question and solve any problems that arose .. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is thinking about independent travel to China .
